1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating a Zorqen account, purchasing or activating a plan, connecting a third-party account, or using the Zorqen service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Zorqen provides
Zorqen provides software tools for website and SEO automation. Depending on configuration and your plan, features may include domain or DNS workflows, Hostinger integration, existing WordPress connection, WordPress installation and administration, AI-assisted website design, AI-generated content, media and page publishing, SEO metadata, Rank Math-related workflows, site audits, Google Search Console, Google Site Verification, Bing Webmaster integrations, IndexNow submissions, scheduling, billing controls, and AI-assisted re-editing of live pages.
Features may be added, removed, redesigned, limited, suspended, or replaced as the product evolves. Some features depend on external services that Zorqen does not control.
3. Accounts and account security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share access in a way that enables unauthorized use, bypasses plan restrictions, or exposes third-party credentials.
You must promptly disconnect compromised integrations, change affected passwords or API keys, and contact Zorqen if you reasonably believe your workspace has been accessed without authorization.
4. Your websites, content, domains and credentials
You remain responsible for the domains, hosting accounts, WordPress sites, business information, keywords, instructions, source material, images, trademarks, affiliate links, and other content you provide or authorize Zorqen to use. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for those materials and connected accounts.
You authorize Zorqen to use your submitted information and connected-service credentials only as needed to carry out the website, publishing, SEO, verification, hosting, AI, billing, or other actions you request through the service.
For an existing WordPress installation, you are responsible for supplying working administrator credentials and for ensuring that automated changes are permitted by your hosting provider, plugins, theme licenses, security tools, and organizational policies.
5. AI-generated designs and content
Zorqen uses AI systems to assist with research, design direction, page creation, content, SEO, and targeted edits. AI output may contain mistakes, omissions, outdated material, unsuitable wording, or content that requires human review. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, regulated, or other high-impact decisions.
Zorqen does not guarantee that generated content is unique in every possible sense, free of third-party claims, factually perfect, or suitable for every jurisdiction or platform policy. You should review factual claims, licensing, trademarks, images, disclosures, affiliate requirements, and industry-specific rules before publication.
6. Search engines and SEO results
Zorqen may submit sitemaps or URLs, request site verification, inspect search status, configure SEO metadata, and perform other optimization steps. Search engines make their own crawling, indexing, ranking and policy decisions. Zorqen does not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, revenue, AdSense approval, affiliate approval, leads, conversions, or any specific search result.
7. Third-party services and OAuth connections
Some Zorqen features depend on third-party services such as Google, Bing, Hostinger, WordPress, AI providers, research providers, domain registrars, or hosting companies. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, quotas, pricing, account status, API availability, and technical restrictions.
When you choose to connect Google, Zorqen requests Google Search Console and Site Verification permissions for the user-facing features described in the application and Privacy Policy. Zorqen does not request customer Google Drive access through its user OAuth flow. You can disconnect Google from the Connections area to remove the local connection and trigger revocation of the saved Google grant.
Zorqen is not responsible for outages, account suspensions, API changes, rate limits, verification delays, DNS propagation delays, hosting failures, search-engine actions, or policy decisions made by third parties.
8. Plans, trials, wallet balances and payments
Zorqen may offer free trials, pay-per-site access, wallet-funded usage, subscriptions, or other billing models. The price, included usage, website limits, trial length, renewal period, and features shown in the application at the time of purchase or activation govern that transaction unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Trials may have lower publishing limits, disabled search integrations, disabled automatic publishing, automatic expiry, or automatic deletion rules disclosed in the application. You are responsible for upgrading or exporting anything you want to preserve before a trial or paid access period expires.
Where Zorqen uses manual payment confirmation, you must provide a valid transaction reference and accurate payment details. A submitted payment may remain pending until reviewed. Duplicate, fraudulent, reversed, disputed, unverifiable, or incorrect payments may be rejected, reversed, or investigated.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise or Zorqen expressly agrees, fees for already delivered service periods, consumed usage, completed provisioning, or credited wallet value may be non-refundable. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this clause.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Zorqen to:
- access, edit, publish to, verify, or control a website, domain, account, or service you are not authorized to use;
- distribute malware, phishing pages, credential theft, malicious scripts, illegal content, or deceptive impersonation;
- violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, advertising, anti-spam, or other applicable rights and laws;
- circumvent rate limits, billing controls, authentication, plan limits, security measures, or third-party platform restrictions;
- interfere with Zorqen's infrastructure or attempt to obtain another user's credentials, tokens, private site data, or workspace information;
- use automated output in a way that violates the terms of a connected AI, hosting, search, registrar, or publishing provider.
10. Backups, DNS and production changes
Website automation can make real changes to DNS settings, WordPress content, themes, plugins, files, metadata, publishing schedules, and connected search services. You should maintain independent backups appropriate to the value of your website and business.
Changing authoritative nameservers can affect email and other DNS records. If a domain uses third-party email or other DNS-dependent services, you are responsible for preserving or recreating required MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, verification, and other records when changing DNS providers.
11. Intellectual property
Zorqen and its original software, interface, branding, workflows, documentation, and service components are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Zorqen service to you.
Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, you may use website content and output generated specifically for your authorized projects. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, APIs, software or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with law, respond to a security incident, enforce these Terms, address unpaid or disputed service, or prevent damage to connected systems.
You may stop using Zorqen at any time. You can disconnect supported integrations through the application and delete websites using available workspace controls. For account-level deletion requests, use the contact method in the Privacy Policy.
13. Service availability and disclaimers
Zorqen is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to keep automation reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Deployment failures, AI errors, DNS propagation, WordPress compatibility, third-party outages, API changes, plugin conflicts, hosting limits, and search-engine behavior can affect results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorqen's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, rankings, traffic, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or third-party accounts arising from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
15. Changes to the service or Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, new integrations, security requirements, legal obligations, or commercial changes. The latest version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
