Understand what our WordPress automation service includes, what you control, and how to get help before you activate a paid plan.
What the service provides
Zorqen provides software for WordPress setup, selected Canvas layouts, content drafting and publishing, technical SEO reports, and connected search-engine tools. The available features and limits depend on the plan shown in your account. Hosting, domains and third-party API usage may require separate accounts and charges.
Activation and service delivery
Free features can be used after account registration and any required verification. Paid features activate only after payment is verified. Configuration and third-party access must be valid before automated jobs can finish. We do not promise a fixed completion time for jobs that depend on hosting, DNS, AI providers or search engines.
Your content and publishing controls
You control the supported article schedule and may pause or resume site automation. Pausing prevents new work from starting; an external request already in progress may finish before the next checkpoint. Keep a current WordPress backup before applying design changes. Normal application upgrades do not require deleting existing posts or resetting your content schedule.
Content accuracy and affiliate responsibilities
Review generated content before relying on it, particularly changing product facts, health, finance or legal information. Amazon comparison rows use researched product names and links for checking the live price. Numeric Amazon prices are not fabricated. You are responsible for your affiliate account, disclosures, permissions and the final claims you publish.
SEO and backlink tool limits
The free backlink indexer accepts public URLs subject to the quota displayed in your account. An HTTP response, ping or submission receipt does not prove that Google or Bing crawled or indexed a page. Zorqen does not guarantee rankings, traffic, AdSense approval, revenue or recommendations from AI assistants.
Pricing and payments
Zorqen displays platform prices in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The disclosed billing conversion is used for existing wallet accounting; the amount shown before a supported checkout is the amount to review. Do not send payments to old manual wallet numbers. PayFast checkout remains unavailable until the merchant integration is verified and enabled.
Support, service interruptions and refunds
Use the in-app support conversation in your Zorqen workspace. Include your site domain, job reference and error message, but never send passwords or API keys in support messages. Third-party outages, expired credentials or unsupported configurations can temporarily interrupt work. Refund eligibility and the request process are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
